Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns of the Jungle Jumparoo or Jungle Jumparoo Mini and Accessory Packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that has been opened or damaged is not eligible for return and will not be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a completed return form to be enclosed with the return, the form can be downloaded here. Returns must be approved prior to shipping. Any items returned without authorization will not be refunded. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is opened, not the original packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return and will not be refunded 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • International orders are not eligible for return 

We do not issue refunds for shipping charges. Shipping charges will be charged at the amount Jungle Jumparoo paid for the shipment. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Credits will take 7-10 days to appear on your statement dependent on your financial institution. 

Sale items (if applicable)
All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange or return. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

If shipment is returned to Jungle Jumparoo due to unsuccessful delivery attempts customer is liable for retail return shipping charges (these charges are what was paid to ship your item and are more than flat rate shipping charges) and charges to re-shipment the item(s). If you wish to cancel the order and not have the item(s) re-shipped shipping charges, including any fees and return shipment charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If shipment is returned to Jungle Jumparoo due to the request of the customer or delivery refusal customer is liable for retail shipping charges, including any fees and return shipment charges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If Jungle Jumparoo provides a return label the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be charged at the amount Jungle Jumparoo paid for these charges, please be aware Flat Rate shipping is a discounted shipping and is not the actual shipment price. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
