SHIPPING UPDATES
Hi Friends, First off I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for your order and your support of our small company. We have had our product ready and waiting for over 8 weeks 😩, but due to global shipping delays, container shortages and incredibly full shipping schedules our shipments have experienced delay after delay. We are currently expecting 3 containers of Jumparoo's and Accessories, we have one that is currently in route and 2 more that were scheduled to leave this week, but were unexpectedly delayed due to government closures of all factories until the 5th of July. So we are hopeful they will leave the first of next week, and I will keep you in the loop about any changes. Because we have several shipments coming and not all of the shipments contain all of our accessories we will be processing orders in the order they were received with the accessories that come available as the shipments arrive. The expected arrival of the first shipment is the week of July 26th. I will update with the arrival date of the 2nd and 3rd shipments next week when I have more info from the shipping carrier. We understand how disappointing unforeseen delays are, please know we are doing our best to get things here as quickly as possible. As each shipment arrives we plan to have those products shipped out within 48 hours. As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. We CANNOT wait to see you and your kiddos on your Jungle Jumparoo's! Hi Friends, I apologize that I have not sent another update out, I have been waiting on updated information and unfortunately, I do not have much new information yet. Our ship is set to berth today or tomorrow at which time it will then be placed in line at the rail. Our shipping company informed us today that rail wait times are between 10-30 days, but we are crossing our fingers that it will not take that long. Once the product is moving on the rail, we should have it in our warehouse within 48 hours and we will be shipping out the same day it arrives. As soon as I have confirmation it has been unload from the ship and have more precise estimate of the rail time I will reach back out with an update. To answer a few of the questions I am getting frequently, all Large Jumparoo’s will be shipped with this first container arriving, along with most Tube Covers. Unfortunately, our Weather Covers, Rope Swings, Large Tubes, and the bulk of our Mini’s are in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th containers that are in transit currently and are expected the first part to mid-August. If you ordered a Mini and would like to upgrade to a Large, we can accommodate that for you no problem, please just reply to your order confirmation email. Additionally, if you need to make an address change or would like to add accessories to your order, we can also take care of that for you, please respond to your order confirmation email with the correct address or accessories you would like to add, and we can send you over an invoice. I have some good news! Our first container is scheduled to arrive at our warehouse the first of next week! That means that all Large Jungle Jumparoo’s will be shipping out! We cannot wait for you to receive your Jumparoo!
The 2nd and 3rd containers containing our accessories are now awaiting the rail, so we will be waiting for them to be loaded on the train, which again could be 10-40 days and we will not know much until they are in transit unfortunately.
You will begin to receive tracking numbers for your Jumparoo’s over the next few days, please keep in mind it takes me DAYS to process this many orders without errors and once you have tracking no changes can be made to the address or order. Please reply with any updates by 9am MT Friday August 13th.

Hi Friends, There was a little confusion on our last email so I thought I would clarify just in case there were any questions. Container 1 (arriving first of next week) contains all Large Jungle Jumparoo's if you ordered a Large Jungle Jumparoo it will be shipping the first of next week, along with the first half of Tube Covers. If you ordered a Tube Cover through mid-June your Tube Cover will also be shipping with this shipment next week. You will start to recieve tracking numbers over the weekend as I process orders, tracking will likely start to show around Tuesday. Unfortunately because of the number of orders I will not be able to tell you if your Tube Cover is in the first shipment until after all the order are processed. If you ordered an accessory package and your Tube Cover is here it will ship with available accessories and anything that is still in transit will ship when available. If you ordered a replacement Tube and Tube Cover it will ship when the Tube is available unless you email and let us know you need it sent before the Tube. Container 2 and 3 (currently waiting for space on the train/rail) will be arriving in the next 10-40 days. For reference this last shipment took just about 27 waiting for the rail. Unfortunately, due to lack of space etc. as explained in previous emails we will not know when this will be in transit until it moves or is almost here like the current container. We will keep you as up to date as possible. This shipment contains all our accessories, so accessories will ship with this order. Container 4 (in transit on the water) this container will likely not arrive to our warehouse until the end of September due to many delays in leaving. This container contains all our Large Tubes and Mini Jumparoo's. For this reason, if you have ordered a Mini and want to switch to a large, I am happy to accommodate. We are also looking at options to get this shipment moved to trucking vs the rail if the port will allow. (they have declined all other requests, but we are hoping they will agree this time) All updates are being posted to our website as well at the link below. If you feel you have missed an update, please feel free to check this link at any time as all updates will be posted there as well. Hi Friends, Due to updates in our shipping software we are not able to split orders, so your full order will be processed for shipping including back ordered accessories. The labels for your back ordered accessories will be held until they come into stock in a few weeks. So please be aware of this when you receive your shipping notifications over the next few days. Jungle Jumparoo's will begin to ship today!
