WILL YOU HAVE A BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

  • Yes we will have a Black Friday Sale starting November 25th 12:00AM ET (midnight) - November 26th 11:59PM PT
  • Sale price will not be released until the sale starts 
  • Jungle Jumparoo's and Accessories will both be on sale for Black Friday ONLY 
  • Sale will not include "Pre-Order" Items or Items that are out of stock
  • We have limited quantities for this Holiday season so once we sell out we will not be restocking before Christmas
  • Sale will be valid for purchases that day ONLY we will be unable to price match for previous purchases and no rain checks will be offered

HOW BIG IS THE BOX?

  • Large Jungle Jumparoo 47” x 25” x 7”
  • Mini Jungle Jumparoo 61” x 27” x 6”
  • Accessories will ship in a separate smaller box

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE? 

  • The Large Jungle Jumparoo will take approximately 45-75 minutes to assemble, it is helpful to have a step stool or small ladder to reach the top of the octagon. 
  • The Mini Jungle Jumparoo will take approximately 30 minutes to assemble

DOES IT HAVE YOUR LOGO OR A PHOTO OF THE PRODUCT ON IT?

  • Our logo is on the box, but there is not a photo of the product. Make sure you’re sending it to a safe place where kids can’t see or keep a close on your tracking information from UPS!

DO YOU EVER OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

  • Unfortunately we do not, due to the size and weight of the Jungle Jumparoo it is extremely expensive to ship and as a small company it is not an option at this time, we do however cover 50% of UPS rates worldwide.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WILL IT BE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
    • All orders placed over Black Friday will ship between November 28th and December 2nd. 
    • UPS does not guarantee transit times durning holiday, if you are concerned about receiving your Jumparoo on time order before Black Friday or select expedited shipping at checkout. Once your package leaves our warehouse it is out of control how long UPS takes to deliver. We highly suggest keeping a VERY close eye on your tracking to ensure it arrives on time! 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

  • Yes. We ship internationally. You can see estimated shipping costs on the cart page for your location.

 DO YOU OFFER IN WAREHOUSE PICKUP?

  • Yes, we have a contactless warehouse pickup by appointment only Monday-Friday 12-5pm only
  • If you are picking up a Jumparoo we recommend having 2 people to load it into the vehicle, we will not have staff on site to help you load your items.
  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase or they will be refunded and returned into inventory
  • The Jumparoo will fit into most SUV’s and cars if the back seats open for a “pass through” (Please measure before arriving at the warehouse)

IF WE DON’T GET ONE ON BLACK FRIDAY WILL THERE STILL BE ONE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

  • Unfortunately if we sell out on Black Friday we will not have any additional shipments coming in until January at the earliest
